The lovely Myrna Loy co-starred alongside William Powell in several Thin Man Movies. Based on the novels by Dashiell Hammet.
Later on she would play the hilarious wife of Cary Grant in one of my Favorite films. Mr Blandings Builds His Dream house.

To me this is the pivotal scene in the movie. Cary Grant bringing a glass of milk to Joan Fontaine...is it poisioned???
Is he planning on murdering her?
I've often wonderd what his expression was as he climbed the stairs. In Hitchcock's Shot we never see Cary Grant's face.
